This week’s YouTube Round-up features gameplay from Stay Out, Vigor, and Simpocalypse, with trailers for the short films The Survivor and Marauder. Plus, the final trailer for George Clooney’s The Midnight Sky came out this week just ahead of the December 23rd release of the film on Netflix.
Stay Out – Gameplay – FREE Survival Post Apocalyptic MMORPG
Stay Out is a free MMO that was released in 2019, but still holds up quite well. While mainly an online RPG, it does have shooter elements wrapped in an explorer shell.
The Survivor – Post-Apocalyptic/Cyberpunk Short Film
This Polish short film is well-shot and dark AF with a gorgeous element of true apocalypse. Well worth the watch for the aesthetic alone.
Simpocalypse Launch Gameplay and Steam Key Giveaway
We’ve had our eyes on this game for a while, and now that it has launched, I’m happy to see actual gameplay videos. Granted, gameplay videos of a civilization simulator is not all that exciting unless you’re really into spreadsheets, but it looks interesting.
Swiss Short Film Trailer for Marauder
This short film trailer features lots of gunfire, explosions and… wait, is that The Mandalorian? Did they really use Mando’s helmet on the main character? Regardless, this short film has been nominated for a lot of indie film awards, so it’s definitely worth checking out.
Vigor Gameplay on the Playstation
Vigor is another game we’ve covered recently, and this gameplay video gets us more excited about playing the free-to-play game. I expect to see a whole lot more of these in the coming weeks, considering the fact that the game just launched on December 9th, but that’s definitely not a bad thing. Vigor looks like one to keep an eye on.

The final trailer for George Clooney’s The Midnight Sky released this last week and we’re counting down the days until the film comes out on December 23rd.
