Where is TWD The Ones who Live Episode 7?

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live aired its final episode last week. The Ones Who Live’s first season consisted of 6 episodes, following Rick and Michonne on their journey to find each other. Entertainment Weekly shared that while a second season for the show might be possible, showrunner Scott M. Gimple shared that those plans are currently labeled as fanfiction for his brain. “It’s definitely going to go somewhere. But it might just be in my brain. It might just be my fan fiction,” he shared with the website. “So many different things — everything from schedules to the stuff itself. You never know, but right now there’s nothing on the table, except my little fan fictions I write in the evening for myself.”

This means that if you wanted to have some sort of follow through for the badass couple, you’ll probably have to wait. Perhaps even a spin-off of their children as adults could be possible. Now that’s a refreshing new The Walking Dead universe show we could indulge in!

The Ones Who Live Reception

According to Rotten Tomatoes, 90% of 45 critics reviewed The Walking Dead: The Ones Who

Live positively. The consensus among the website’s critics is that it’s “A Walking Dead spinoff that balances past and present without skimping on blockbuster scope, The Ones Who Live is a consistent treat for longtime fans.” Metacritic, utilizing a weighted average, awarded a score of 61 out of 100 based on 12 critics’ reviews, indicating “generally favorable reviews.”

IGN rated the show an 80 out of 100. “For the two-thirds of the series I’ve seen, it hits the mark exceptionally, save for a few elements where the plot demands unconvincing character choices. For those who’ve waited years for answers, The Ones Who Live is equal parts sad, sinister, and satisfying.”

However, not everyone was as generous in their rating. RogerEbert.com commented “The Ones Who Live suffers from its position in the bloated universe these characters find themselves in, and despite the beautiful work from its two main actors, it never quite reaches its full potential. The stakes don’t truly feel high enough,” and gave it a flimsy 40 out of a 100.
