Who Is In the Season 4 Cast?

Among the Westworld Cast for Season 4 are quite a few familiar faces, and some surprising ones too:

Evan Rachel Wood as Christina. Since she’s portrayed Dolores prior to this, her role as Christina in the new season is quite intriguing.

Ed Harris as William/The Man in Black. The last time we saw him, his human form had been killed by Host William, right after he learned that his host form existed. Charlotte-Dolores had created Host William.

Luke Hemsworth as Ashley Stubbs. When we ended Season 3, Stubbs was “bleeding out” in a bathtub and waiting for Bernard to return and fix him.

Angela Sarafyan as Clementine Pennyfeather. Her return is intriguing, since she only had a bit role in Season 3.

Tessa Thompson as Dolores Abernathy. Tessa is portraying Charlotte-Dolores, who had quite the upper hand when Season 3 ended. She was on a very different trajectory than OG Dolores.

Aaron Paul as Caleb Nichols. Caleb (or Jesse from Breaking Bad) is back! He was really great last season, so we can’t wait to see what he’s up to now.

Thandiwe Newton as Maeve Millay. We’re glad to hear Maeve is back. When we left off last season, she had finally seen that Dolores was right to be fighting Sirac, even though she still didn’t agree with many of Dolores’ philosophies or trust her. She ended up teaming up with Caleb in one of the final scenes.

Jeffrey Wright as Bernard Lowe. Bernard is back. When Season 3 ended, he had entered the Sublime and returned many years later.

James Marsden is an intriguing addition to the cast. We didn’t see him at all in Season 3.

In an interview with EW, Evan Rachel Wood stated that “Usually the show is incredibly physically exhausting in every way, and this season I felt like [Christina’s] a little more of a nerd, honestly. She’s a loner nerdy kind of writer that’s just trying to make it in the big city.”

This is going to be an interesting arc in this season! We can’t wait to see how everything plays out.

The actress admits that Christina and Dolores have certain similarities. The season 4 trailers have already shown us those echoes. Dolores’ previous Westworld park loop is comparable to how Christina wakes up every day, and the tale she’s writing right now resembles Dolores’ past in some ways. Coincidence?
