Snowpiercer Season 3 is finally almost here! It premieres Monday night, January 24, in the United States at 9 p.m. Eastern. But will you be able to catch it on the major streaming platforms, like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, or HBO Max? Here are the details as we know them so far.

Snowpiercer Season 3 Is Only on Netflix Internationally
First, let’s chat about Netflix. We have good news and bad news on this front. The good news is that yes, you can watch Snowpiercer on Netflix. The bad news is you can only catch Season 3 on Netflix if you’re outside the U.S. So if you’re in Canada or the UK, for example, then you can watch it on Netflix! This is the easiest streaming option, since Netflix has international rights to the show. But unfortunately, it won’t be released on Netflix internationally until Tuesday, January 25 — after it premieres in the U.S. (DigitalSpy confirmed this.)
Snowpiercer Is Only Available on Hulu with Live TV
And now for the good and bad news about Hulu. Snowpiercer Season 3 cannot be watched on Hulu’s regular streaming service. Yeah, that’s right. The cheaper service will not have Snowpiercer.
However, if you have Hulu with Live TV, you can watch Snowpiercer live (or on Hulu’s DVR later) as the new Season 3 episodes appear. In fact, that might be one of your best options for live streaming the new episodes, but it’s also a little expensive. Learn more or sign up for Hulu with Live TV here.
Snowpiercer Season 3 Might Be on Amazon
Another option that might work is Amazon Prime Video, however at the time of this article’s publication, we weren’t quite sure exactly how it will be working this year. We’ll update this article as we know.
Last year, you could go to Amazon here and sign up for a Season Pass for Season 2 episodes (or buy them individually as they were posted.) The episodes weren’t available live as they aired on TV, but they were typically added within 24 hours of when they aired (sometimes pretty quickly.) As of the time of this article’s publication, we simply aren’t sure if the same is happening this year or not. Right now, there are only tabs for Season 1 and Season 2 of Snowpiercer on the Amazon website. But if you see a Season 3 tab added before (or right after) Season 3 Episode 1 airs, with an option for buying a TV Season Pass, then that means they’ll be posting the new episodes pretty soon after they air on TV.
I’m going to guess that the chances of it being available on Amazon Prime Video for Season 3 are pretty high. I’d definitely keep an eye on this option if it’s your preference. We’ll update this story as we know more.
Snowpiercer Season 3 Will Be Added to HBO Max Later
At some point, HBO Max will also get Snowpiercer Season 3. But exactly when is anyone’s guess until we either see Snowpiercer Season 3 Episode 1 or HBO Max provides an official update. At the time this article was published, we didn’t know. But we’ll update as soon as we do!
[UPDATE: It appears that HBO Max will not be making Snowpiercer available as the new episodes air. It’s Friday, Snowpiercer’s first Season 3 episode aired on Monday, and it still has not been added to HBO Max.]
Snowpiercer Season 3 will be added here once it’s available. Season 2 was just added to HBO Max earlier this month and Season 1 was added in December 2021. This led some people to believe that Season 3 would be added all at once about a year after it’s released on TNT. But others believed it would be added to HBO Max within 24 hours of an episode’s airdate, which turned out to not be the case.
Looper reported that Season 3 episodes will be added to HBO Max right after they air on TNT live, which was NOT accurate. In contrast, however, Newsweek reported the new episodes won’t drop on HBO Max until 2023.
Snowpiercer Season 3’s new episodes will all be posted online on TNT Drama’s official website. You likely won’t be able to watch them live on there as the episode is airing on TNT, but the new episodes should be posted shortly after they air on TNT. Unfortunately, you will likely need a cable or satellite subscription to watch on this website. But give it a try anyway, just in case it’s on there for free.
The new episodes will also be added for purchase on Google Play and iTunes, but it’s not clear at what time they’ll be added.
