Season 10 of Alone, featuring 10 survivalists competing for a $500,000 grand prize, is scheduled to premiere on the History Channel on June 8, 2023. The new season will air every Thursday at 9pm ET/8 Central. For survivalists and preppers interested in learning proper wilderness survival techniques (and perhaps what not to do), “Alone” is the ideal all-in-one show. While it airs on History and Discovery+, you may be wondering if it is available on Hulu, Amazon, or Netflix. We have the answers about Alone Season 10 right here!
Is Alone Season 10 on Hulu, Amazon or Netflix?
If you want to catch up on the previous season of Alone in a jiffy, you can head over to History’s YouTube channel. They have an official playlist with clips showcasing the best highlights from past years. You can watch them right there. By the way, Netflix removed Alone from its list of available shows last summer but fear not! Time reports that season 9 of Alone will be available June 30th. Season 10 will not be airing on the platform, at least not right away.
Alone season 9 is also available with Amazon Prime, and you can stream it using Hulu. Season 10 is not yet listed, and most likely will be available later this summer.
If you’ve never seen the show, History’s synopsis of Alone is described as “ALONE is the most intense survival series on television. No camera crews. No gimmicks. It is the ultimate test of human will.” They also write “Dropped in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada – home to vicious predators including territorial black bear, wolves, and moose – the ten survivalists will compete with each other, endure bone-chilling temperatures and face off against some of the largest animals in North America in an effort to last for as long as they can. With just ten survival items per person and enough camera gear to self-document their experiences, this is the series’ toughest season yet. No camera crews. No gimmicks. Alone is the ultimate test of human will.”
Rotten Tomatoes list only 4 episodes at the date of this writing. The first episode called “Game On” will air June 8th 9pm PT/8 Central. Episodes will air weekly.

On the official website, you can check out some of the gear that the participants have at their disposal. But here are just a few items they have:
- A pair of hunting boots with high-legs
- Waterproof Arctic winter boots
- One T-shirt
- A fleece or wool shirt
- Two sweaters made of wool, fleece, or cotton
- Six pairs of wool socks
- Two hats
- Two buffs or neck gaiters
- Either a shemagh or a scarf
- Four pairs of gloves
- Two pairs of underwear or briefs
- An insulated parka-style jacket
- Two pairs of outdoor pants or bibs
- One pair of fully insulated or waterproof winter pants or bibs
- A waterproof un-insulated shell or jacket
