Fear The Walking Dead: Dead in the Water premiered exclusively on AMC+ on April 10th, releasing all six episodes one week before Fear The Walking Dead Season 7B, which turned out to be a bit of a disappointment, unfortunately.
Dead in the Water is a mini webisode about a submarine crew struggling for survival after being cut off from the surface world just as the apocalypse strikes, turning into a nuclear-fueled walker-filled death trap with no way out. This was done to help promote the second half of Fear The Walking Dead’s seventh season and includes the character Riley (played by Nick Stahl) who appeared in previous episodes of FTWD.
Watch the first episode below. You’ll be able to get through it very quickly as these are under 10 minutes each. Perfect distraction while doing the dishes, am I right? Well, that’s if you live in North America, apparently. Some users on Twitter were left disgruntled by the fact that the videos were not available to them. If this is the case for you, a good VPN is an option! There’s no missing out on The Walking Dead universe that way.

Here’s the third episode, “Do What Needs Doing.”

As those are pretty short and sweet webisodes, it’s a perfect getaway for binge-watchers like me. have you already seen them? What did you think? Let us know!
