When Will HALO Premiere?
HALO will premiere on Paramount+ on Thursday, March 24. A representative of Paramount+ confirmed with us that the first episode is going to premiere on March 24 at midnight/12 a.m. Pacific (which is also 3 a.m. Eastern/2 a.m. Central/1 a.m. Mountain.) Only one episode will be released this week.
This matches the schedule that Paramount+ follows for its other popular new releases — such as Star Trek Picard. The new episode will be available at this link when it drops.
It was confirmed that HALO’s episodes will be dropping on a weekly basis every Thursday, so if you’re the binging kind of watcher, you’ll have to wait a little bit until all 9 episodes are out.
Master Chief will be played by Pablo Schreiber (Orange Is The New Black, Defending Jacob). He confirmed that the show is already greenlit for a second season in this interview with Collider. He explained “We’ll be filming again this summer. We’re still figuring out exactly what the start date is, but we will be in production by summertime because we have a hard date that we need to be up and running in order to get some location that is weather affected.”
When speaking about the TV Series, Rob Keyes of ScreenRant said in a tweet that the movie was very different than the game, but that it pulled from the lore beautifully.
Watched the first episodes of #HaloTheSeries. It's different than the games but pulls a LOT from the lore and pays respect to the details (vehicles, creatures, locations, weapons, sounds, etc.).
Totally bought in on what follows the intro. Pablo Schreiber is great Master Chief. pic.twitter.com/dyMtVNOnya

Post Apocalyptic Media was also given early access to the first two episodes, and we can confirm that they are amazing. You will not want to miss out!
Ok, But What is HALO?
As per wiki: “Halo is set to follow an epic 26th-century conflict between humanity and an alien threat known as the Covenant.”
The TV series is based on the game franchise of the same name, and fans have been waiting for it for more than a decade. It’s fair to say that the entire production team has tremendous pressure on their shoulders to please a fanbase that is often found harsh when it comes to video games made movies. With good reason. I mean have you watched World of Warcraft? Oof. Let’s just keep that was locked deep in repressed memories land.
