The Last Of Us is HBO’s newest series based on the popular video game of the same name. It is famous for having incredible cut-scenes that are powerful and emotional, and thanks to YouTube, you don’t need to play the game to watch them at all. You’ll need time, absolutely, but you can sit back, relax, eat your favorite snacks, and don’t forget the tissues because you’re going to need them. Here’s how to watch all the cut scenes for The Last Of Us Part 1 and 2.

Where to Watch The Last of Us Cut Scenes

There are a few channels out there that have those cut scenes, but here are the two you can’t go wrong with. Part 1 is about a worn-out protagonist named Joel who is recruited to help a young girl named Ellie, who is just 14 years old, escape a military quarantine zone in a society that has been devastated by an infectious disease and is overrun by tough survivors. What seems like a simple assignment at first quickly turns into a grueling trip across the nation.

Alright. Now that you’ve cried a bit, time for you to cry some more! You may want to take a break though because this one is going to be a long ride. Without seeing the gameplay for this one is going to be extremely confusing if you know nothing about the game. This contains gameplay, dialogues, and of course all of the cut scenes. It’s a whopping nearly 9 hours long, so you may want to watch on a  day off… or two.

If you really don’t mind having to skip the dialogues and gameplay, here are the cut scenes only. You might become a little confused as the gameplay ties the cut scenes perfectly and there might seem to have a lot of gaps between the cut scenes, but you’ve been warned! Here’s the video. It’s still 4 hours and 45 minutes though, so plan ahead!

You’ll be able to watch the new series on HBO. We’ve got all the details for you right here. The series will follow the same characters and will pretty much be the same as the video game. It’s going to be very interesting to see our favorite characters (and rumored cameos by some voice actors such as Troy Baker) live on screen, and we can’t wait to see what the infected people are going to look like as well. It’s safe to bet they are going to be faithful to the video game series, but who knows. We might get a few surprises along the way.

Have you already played the game? And if you’re just catching up to maybe understand the HBO series a bit better, what did you think?
