We may have to wait until 2021 for the fourth season of The Handmaid’s Tale, but Hulu is tiding us over with a brand new action-packed trailer that shows off more rebellious action from June and crew.

Season 3 left us questioning the fate of June (Elisabeth Moss) as her wounded body is carried away by her fellow handmaids. She finally succeeded in her mission to free the children from Gilead, but we wonder at what cost.

Fortunately, we see in this new Season 4 teaser trailer that June has not only recovered from her injuries, but she is also back at the rebellion game full throttle. “I can’t rest,” June says in the teaser. “This war isn’t going to win itself.”

Season 4 was originally scheduled to be shot in March of this year for a fall release, but COVID-19 and the quarantine restrictions had other plans.

“Human life is not worth making a TV show for,” Moss told Collider this week. “Everyone wants to go back to work because we love what we do, and there’s also people that need to support their families and themselves. The producers contributed to a fund for our crew, that is out of our own pockets and has nothing to do with our larger corporation. We put a lot of money into it, and we’ve been keeping our crew going through that and supporting them being out of work. But we’ve gotta do it safely, and we’re just trying to figure that out. It’s all new territory, and we’re all in the same boat here.”

While there is no definitive date set for Season 4’s release, you can be sure that we’ll be on it when that info is released.
