Chainsaw Man’s sixth episode airs on November 15th and it seems as though it just has started! Time flies, definitely. With six episodes now out, how many more can we expect to see before Season 1 is over with? Let’s take a look at how many episodes of Chainsaw Man are left.

Chainsaw Man Has a Total of 12 Episodes

IMDB doesn’t have that much information about the anime, and only lists episodes as they come online. Hulu has the exact same way of displaying the show. Crunchyroll’s website shows the currently available episodes as well, and everything makes it a bit difficult to figure out.

So just how many episodes will there really be?

During MAPPA’s special September 19 Chainsaw Man event, we learned how many episodes will be in the first season. According to Comicbook.com, the new anime will air 12 episodes in its first season. This was also confirmed by websites like GamesRadar.

JKDSD has guessed that the last episode will be titled Bird and War, and will air Tuesday January 3rd on Crunchyroll and Hulu. It’s not clear if this title is a guess based on manga chapter titles.

How to Stream Chainsaw Man Online in the U.S.

In the United States, there are just two legal streaming options: Hulu and Crunchyroll. You could attempt another technique, but we prefer legal streaming so that the crew, animators, and everyone involved receive recognition for our views. Both sites include some free choices.

The subtitles are currently unavailable on Funimation, Amazon, or Netflix in the United States. However, the subs will most certainly be available on Amazon at some time in the future.

Chainsaw Man is an anime whose synopsis on MyAnimeList reads:

“Denji is robbed of a normal teenage life, left with nothing but his deadbeat father’s overwhelming debt. His only companion is his pet, the chainsaw devil Pochita, with whom he slays devils for money that inevitably ends up in the yakuza’s pockets. All Denji can do is dream of a good, simple life: one with delicious food and a beautiful girlfriend by his side. But an act of greedy betrayal by the yakuza leads to Denji’s brutal, untimely death, crushing all hope of him ever achieving happiness.

Remarkably, an old contract allows Pochita to merge with the deceased Denji and bestow devil powers on him, changing him into a hybrid able to transform his body parts into chainsaws. Because Denji’s new abilities pose a significant risk to society, the Public Safety Bureau’s elite devil hunter Makima takes him in, letting him live as long as he obeys her command. Guided by the promise of a content life alongside an attractive woman, Denji devotes everything and fights with all his might to make his naive dreams a reality.”

It’s worth noting that many fans think the 12 episode arc will just be cour 1 of season 1, and they’re hoping a cour 2 will come out later. However, this has not been confirmed.
