Cal Utopia aka “Caltopia” might be right around the corner.

No friends, we are not kidding. And if this really does start, you can bet that Post Apocalyptic Media will be all over it, covering this post-apocalyptic-kinda-farm-commune and its associated live feeds. 😀 😀 😀 😀

Here’s the interview Cal posted on YouTube where he describes his plans. Skip to 3:39 to see him talk about it.

Caltopia Documentary

  • One year
  • New farm – community of 20 people
  • Learning to teach, farm, and work together
  • Participants will keep the land at the end of the year
  • Cost: $50,000 PER PERSON

Considering that Fox put $50 million into 2 months of Utopia, starting his own for $1 million total is actually kind of a bargain. But as for the participants, looks like it’ll be a farm only for rich people (who else can afford to pay $50,000?) But that could be pretty interesting.

We really really really hope this happens. What do you think the chances are?
