If you’re as excited as we are about Attack on Titan Season 4, then you will no doubt be wanting to watch Episode 2 as soon as possible. But when will Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 2 (aka Episode 61) be available? Unfortunately, you can’t watch it right away, but you won’t have to wait too long either.

Here are all the details on Attack on Titan's schedule for Season 4. #AOT Click To Tweet

AoT Season 4 Episode 2 Airs Next Week

Like previous seasons, each episode of Attack on Titan will air one week at a time. This means that Episode 2 will air in Japan on Monday, December 14 at 00:10 a.m. on NHK (i.e. just 10 minutes after midnight.) The English subtitled version in the U.S. released a couple of hours after that. If Crunchyroll and Funimation continue the same schedule that they followed for Episode 1 of Season 4, then in the United States Episode 2 with subtitles will premiere on Sunday, December 13 at 12:45 p.m. Pacific/1:45 p.m. Mountain/3:45 p.m. Eastern/2:45 p.m. Central.

Your best bets for catching Episode 2 in the United States are through the following sources:

Hulu: Hulu has Attack on Titan Season 4. It’s worth noting that Hulu’s premiere episode dropped a few minutes later than Crunchryoll and Funimation, with Crunchyroll being first. However, Hulu also has the most stable servers of all three, so if you don’t mind being a few minutes behind everyone else for Episode 2, this might be your best bet. Hulu is a paid streaming service, but it does offer two-week free trials.

Crunchyroll: Watch here for Season 4 episodes, including Episode 2 (aka Episode 61.) Crunchryoll had the premiere first out of all the U.S. sources, but it also crashed because so many people were interested in watching. Crunchryoll can be watched in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, LATAM, Middle East, and Russia.

Funimation: Watch here (U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, Brazil, Mexico) for Season 4 Episode 2.

What to Expect in Season 4

Here’s the Season 4 trailer:

Unfortunately, we don’t know how many episodes will be airing for Season 4 of Attack on Titan. It will likely be 24 to 25 episodes like previous seasons, split in half with a break in between. But this isn’t yet confirmed, and some sources are saying Season 4 might actually be shorter with only 12 episodes. Here’s hoping that rumor isn’t true.

You also might notice some difference in animation, since Season 4 is being animated by a different company.

Fans can’t stop talking about how much they want to see Episode 2 already. Is that you?
