First, the most important details. You can watch the series on Paramount+. A new episode will be released every Thursday at 12 a.m. Pacific/3 a.m. Eastern, starting March 24. This is the easiest way to watch the series! This link will take you to Paramount+, where you can watch HALO. But what about your other favorite services?
Can You Watch HALO on Amazon?
You might be surprised to learn that yes, you can watch HALO on Amazon Prime’s streaming service, but only if you have the Paramount+ channel, according to Paramount Plus’s website. To do so, however, you’ll need to add the Paramount+ channel to your Amazon Prime Video account. You can find the Paramount+ channel here, which should include access to all Paramount+ originals once you’ve signed up. (You might also be able to find it here.)
According to Paramount+, you’ll need to follow these directions (quoted directory from their website) to get the Paramount+ channel on Amazon Prime.
- Visit amazon.com/channels.
- Search for or select the Paramount+ channel.
- Select “Learn More” from the banner at the top of the screen.
- Select “Start your 7-day free trial.”
- Select the Premium plan, and click “Start your free trial.” After your free trial, you’ll be billed through your Amazon account. Please note that the Paramount+ Essential plan is not currently available via Prime Video.
(Note that it’s not guaranteed HALO will be included, so you may want to doublecheck with Amazon first just to be certain, since the channels that Amazon offers can sometimes change without much warning.)
Can You Watch HALO on Hulu or Netflix?
Unfortunately, you cannot watch Paramount+ on Hulu or Netflix. Netflix is a separate streaming service completely. And while Hulu with Live TV (the premium service) does offer access to the Paramount Network, this is actually different from Paramount Plus. And the Paramount Network doesn’t carry HALO, only Paramount Plus does.
Other Ways to Stream Paramount Plus
According to Paramount Plus’s website, if you’re signed up for a Paramount Plus account, you can stream via a number of devices, including the mobile web, computer, iPhone, iPad, Android, Apple TV (4th gen or later), Android TV, Amazon Kindle, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Telstra in Australia, and Fetch in Australia. You can also stream Paramount Plus in Canada, and later this year it will be available in the UK too!
But remember, the easiest way to stream is simply by signing up for an account on Paramount Plus itself.
