Supporting an indie creator can be a fun and rewarding experience. You help them out by throwing money at their project during its production and they help you out by giving you early access and discounts for their good or service. It’s a win/win! That is, if the project is fully funded.

This is a list of crowd-funding projects currently on Kickstarter as of September 2022. This list is carefully constructed by analyzing each campaign and considering the quality of the product and campaign itself to determine the order. Funding progression isn’t considered. Some of these have already met their funding goals and are well into the stretch goals while others are just getting started.

For last month’s round-up, 8 out of the 10 in our list were successfully funded. That’s another great month!

I have my own Kickstarter this month!

Before I get into the list, I wanted to draw attention to my own Kickstarter running this month. Of course it wouldn’t be fair to rank it in this list but I figured it might still be interesting to fans of the site.

Through the Aftermath is a post-apocalyptic short story anthology from nineteen different authors who came together to tell their unique stories of the end of the world. The project has already met its funding goal (in 2 days!) but this is an opportunity for folks to get their hands on early access pricing, special Kickstarter-only bundles, and a way to get their names in the book as a supporter.
