Season 4 Episode 18’s dub, called “Sneak Attack,” will first be available on Funimation on Sunday, February 20. It will likely be in the evening, but it could be earlier. Then Episode 19 will release the next Sunday, and so on.

You can watch the English dub on Funimation at this link.

A representative from Funimation confirmed with Post Apocalyptic Media that the dubs drop weekly on Sunday, but that they can’t say exactly what time it will occur each week.

To ensure you don’t miss it once it does drop, be sure you change the dropdown menu to read Season 4, so you’ll be able to see when the new episode is out. Each episode will have “English/Japanese” beneath the episode title, so you can choose if you want the sub or the dub version. (The subs release on Funimation at 3:45 p.m. Eastern on Sundays, so it’s possible the English dubs will drop at the same time. However, for Season 4 Part 1, they often dropped on Sunday evenings, sometimes as late as 10 or 11 p.m..)

To watch the new episode, you’ll need an account.

The new dubs are not on Hulu or Crunchyroll. Season 4 Part 1 dubs are going to be added to Hulu starting on Sunday.

You Can Stream the New Dub on Toonami Late Saturday Night/Early Sunday Morning

Toonami is getting the dub episodes a few hours before Funimation. Season 4 Episode 18 is premiering on Toonami at 12:30 a.m. Eastern/Pacific on February 20 (11:30 p.m. Central on Saturday night, February 19.) Some networks in some regions may list the channel as being Adult Swim/Cartoon Network channel. Note that in some regions, the time may vary depending on your cable provider, so be sure and confirm.

If you’re wanting to stream Toonami without a cable subscription, it should also be available on Hulu Live TV, Sling TV, AT&T Now, and YouTube TV. (Note that this is Hulu with Live TV, not the regular Hulu service. The regular Hulu service is just getting Season 4 Episode 1’s dub on February 22.)

You can see Toonami’s schedule here. Clicking on the Attack on Titan link on Toonami takes you to Adult Swim’s page here. All of Season 4 through Episode 17 is there, but you need a cable login to watch. Season 4 Episode 18 will be added at this link too (although possibly after it has streamed on TV), but you’ll need a cable login to access the episode.
